It's not too late to secure a job this winter with our 5 day residential course in the heart of the French Alps.
Chalet cookery course Designed specifically for those looking for a position with chalet companies running small chalets in the Alps catering for 6 - 10 guests. Courses are based in our traditional Savoyard style chalet Les Cimes which is situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Megeve, offering you the chance to learn the business in an authentic mountain environment.
As well as teaching you to cook we will show you how to cope with all aspects of running your own chalet. Our staff have a vast amount of knowledge with 12 seasons experience between them. Our chef, with years of experience will provide you with useful tips, skills and techniques to produce the right results. Thus allowing you more time to enjoy your season in the mountains.
Course Dates: Summer 2008, courses to start in June, dates to be confirmed Departure days are Sundays, returning Saturday. Cost of Course: £490 Groups are small, maximum of 4 students on each course
