It's not too late to secure a job this winter with our 5 day residential course in the heart of the French Alps.
Chalet cookery course Designed specifically for those looking for a position with chalet companies running small chalets in the Alps catering for 6 - 10 guests. Courses are based in our traditional Savoyard chalet Les Cimes which is situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Megeve, offering you the chance to learn the business in an authentic mountain environment.
As well as teaching you to cook we will show you how to cope with all aspects of running your own chalet. Our staff cordon bleu trained have a vast amount of knowledge with 16 seasons experience between them. Our chef will provide you with useful tips, skills and techniques to produce the right results, thus allowing you more time to enjoy your season in the mountains.
Our groups are small with a maximum of 4 students on each course, enabling our chefs to spend maximum time with each student.
